"One thing I have learned throughout my healthcare career is if you aren't willing to adapt, you will sink into the rough seas of rapid and never-ending healthcare changes. The process of seeking a solution to a problem and deconstructing it to build a step-by-step process to success has led me to speaking and presentation engagements at workshops, annual conferences, and trainings all over the nation."
Having presented education sessions and keynotes for organizations including the Ohio Council for Homecare and Hospice, the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care, and the TAHCH Administrator program, Cindy brings her unique experience and perspective to the home healthcare landscape.
Having had the privilege of working for several smaller healthcare industry organizations, Cindy has relished the opportunity to help home healthcare organizations:

I am actively seeking my PMP certification and hope to sit for the exam in the third quarter of 2024.1 day agoWith decades as a subject matter expert, Cindy uses her voice and public platforms to act as a vocal advocate for improving patient care and organizational growth.
"When I speak about process improvement coupled with leadership impact to owners, admins, and leaders/managers, I always discuss change management as an integral part of leadership skills. If you are going to evaluate your business for process improvement and standardization of operations, then you must incorporate change management. You will need a plan! Don't approach making a change in process, workflow, or other operations without first developing a plan. That plan should include the need, the goal, KPIs/OKRs, scope, and a risk assessment/mitigation assessment."
Cindy is available for presentations, keynotes, annual homecare conferences, webinars, and other industry events. For more availability and inquiries, send an email to media@alorahealth.com, and you can connect with Cindy on LinkedIn
